Anesthesiology

Our Service

The sole focus of the Anesthesiology Service is the safety of every patient. Our team of board certified anesthesiologists (the largest team in Texas) support the surgical and medical teams to provide safe, optimal anesthesia; specifically tailored to each patient's needs. They are trained to anticipate, recognize, and care for any concerns associated with anesthesia. Each anesthesiologist is responsible for the pre-anesthetic evaluation of each patient, supportive care during procedures, overseeing recovery from anesthesia, directing effective pain management, and leading our anesthesia technicians and veterinary students who assist in your animal's anesthetic care.
