Small Animal Emergencies
Emergencies are accepted 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Advanced notice of your arrival is NOT required, unless you need special assistance with your animal. Then, advanced notice is requested so that staff will be ready to assist you.

Large Animal Emergencies
While emergencies are accepted, advanced notice of arrival—from clients or their primary veterinarian—is absolutely necessary to ensure proper hospital capacity and staffing. Advanced notice is especially requested if you need special assistance with your animal, so that staff will be ready to assist you.

Need your pet’s medical records?
Your patient’s medical record can be accessed and printed via the Client Portal. If you have questions or concerns, our Medical Records Staff is available to help. Please submit the Medical Records Release Authorization Form or call us at the appropriate phone number below.
